Property Manager – Chestertons MENA

We are seeking a qualified and experienced property manager with minimum of 3-4 years’ property and facility management experience in managing a mix of assets including commercial, residential, retail and shops, who will be responsible for the overall management of the company’s property portfolio in Dubai. The role requires a person with a positive and can do attitude who is able to work under pressure whilst providing excellent customer services to our clients. English language is a must, as is a valid UAE driving license and car.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the efficient and cost-effective operation of all properties.
• To manage and coordinate the development and growth of the portfolio. This includes overseeing the delivery of outsourced subcontractor services, such as maintenance and cleaning, to ensure the tenant’s satisfaction.
• To manage existing properties and to ensure maximum return and profitability; oversees compliance with terms of leases including dealing with lease renewals, negotiations, timely rental payments, follow up on default payments and legal cases, organizing move in and move out inspections, whilst reporting to the relevant entities.
• Ensure that the properties are operated in a manner consistent with UAE laws and Chestertons’ guidelines and procedures.
