<p>Job Title: <strong><em>Property Consultant</em></strong></p><p>Salary: <strong><em>Competitive salary plus commission</em></strong></p><p>Company: <strong><em>Banke International Properties</em></strong></p><p>Location: <strong><em>Dubai, UAE</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Identify potential clients and establish a professional relationship with them.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals with clients.</li><li>Build and maintain a portfolio of properties for sale.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed property reports to clients.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with property market trends and knowledge of the legal requirements related to property sales in Dubai.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.</li><li>Attend company training programs and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ol><li>Work experience in UAE real estate market with a proven track record of sales.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of the Dubai property market and legal requirements related to property sales/leases.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>UAE driving license and a car is preferable.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>IMPORTANT: </strong>Please note that for this particular role, we are only considering applicants with <strong><em>UAE real estate work experience.</em></strong></p>
