<p>A big Brokerage Company in Real Estate located in New Cairo</p><p>We are Hiring a Property Consultant&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate with our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Stage and show living units</li><li>Advertise and market living units .</li><li>Finds and reaches out to new prospects</li><li>Discover clients’ criteria and find living unites that fit their criteria</li><li>Negotiate and close deal with client</li><li>The whole sales processes</li><li>Tasks and missions in the company job describtion</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>🛑good experience ( 6 months – 1 year ) in New Capital – New Cairo</p><p>🛑Self-motivated and entrepeneurial</p><p>🛑Strong communication skills</p><p>🛑 good experience in closing deals</p><p>🛑know how to create an ad.</p><p>🛑good computer skills</p><p><br></p><p>Work conditions :</p><p>- fresh lead</p><p>- campaigns</p><p>- 8 working Hrs.</p><p>- 1 Day off (Friday)</p><p>- basic Salary starting from 5k+ High commission scheme.</p><p>- Mobile Allowance</p>
