<p>Coreo Real Estate is looking for an Property Consultant to support our growing portfolio of properties.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities of a Property Consultant:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Previous experience in the Qatar real estate market</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Knowledge of property laws and regulations in Qatar</li><li>Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Qualifications for an International Property Consultant:</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Provide advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Qatar</li><li>Assist clients in finding properties that meet their requirements and budget</li><li>Evaluate properties to determine their market value and potential rental income</li><li>Create and maintain a database of available properties for sale or rent</li><li>Prepare and present offers, contracts, and lease agreements to clients</li><li>Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease on behalf of clients</li><li>Liaise with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise</li><li>Stay up-to-date with changes in the real estate market and property laws and regulations</li><li>Use various marketing tools and techniques to promote properties and attract potential clients</li><li>Collaborate with other property consultants and real estate professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a high level of professionalism at all time</li><li>Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all dealings with clients and other stakeholders</li><li>Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain client confidentiality</li><li>Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics</li><li>Continuously develop knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities</li><li>Represent the company at industry events and networking functions</li><li>Contribute to the growth and success of the company by generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.</li></ol>
