<p>Real Estate Consultant</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently hiring Associate Property Consultant/ Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai .</p><p>Languages: Arabic / English/ French / Farsi / Russian / Hindi / Malayalam / Urdu</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>The ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills</p><p><br></p><p>Strong Sales and Communication skills</p><p><br></p><p>The hunger and desire to dream big as we believe this to be a core value in our vision</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the real estate market or related field</p><p>Confidence with go getter skills</p><p>Ability to negotiate with all different type of customers and nationalities</p><p>Good knowledge of RERA rules for Buying, Selling, and Leasing properties</p><p>RERA certification will be plus points</p><p>Strong Sales and Communication skills.</p><p>Ability to generate leads, negotiate and conclude deals.</p><p>Valid UAE driving license.</p><p>Should be based in Dubai , UAE.</p><p>Attractive commission structure.</p><p><br></p><p>You can send your updated CV to : info@goldenvalue.ae</p>
