<p>Roots Land Real Estate&nbsp;is hiring dedicated and&nbsp;experienced Property Consultants with experience in Leasing and Sales department.</p><p>Off-Plan Sales Specialist</p><p>Villa Specialist </p><p>Commercial and Residential Sales and Leasing Property Consultant</p><p>Successful candidates will be expected to actively negotiate and coordinate the sales &amp; leasing and acquisition of property from enquiry, lead to contract closure.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert into opportunities.</li><li>Manage all leads in a contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.</li><li>Achieve individual monthly targets set by management</li><li>Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property, including preparation and execution of sales agreements.</li><li>Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments.</li><li>Conduct viewings to potential clients.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Actively maintain the company’s databases for upload of data in respect to client information, documents, viewings arranged etc.</li><li>Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.</li><li>Have an understanding of local processes and administration of completing the sale or lease of a property (i.e. drafting of sale agreement, MOU, POA, DEWA).</li><li>Stay up to date with the real estate market and inform clients about market trends and the home leasing/buying process.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Requirements</em></p><ul><li>Experience: 2 – 5 Years in Leasing, Sales, (Real Estate Industry)</li><li>Job Location: Dubai, Business Bay</li><li>Good written and verbal Communication Skills</li><li>Driving license/Car</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Roots Land Real Estate provide</em></p><ul><li>Salary package or 50/50 upon commission structure</li><li>Experienced management and leadership</li><li>Advertising and marketing on popular Real Estate portals and websites</li><li>Administrative support</li><li>Advanced CRM system training</li><li>Visa</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you possess the necessary qualifications, are proactive, and willing to learn and enhance your skills within a dynamic and growing company active in Dubai’s Real Estate market please get in touch with us.</p><p>https://www.rootsland.com/contact/</p><p><br></p><p><em>Unfortunately, we are unable to acknowledge every application.
