Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new business through warm calling/emailing our existing databases
  • Business development to identify new investors and clients.
  • The role includes prospecting potential clients, analysing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring deals.
  • Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
  • Property valuations
  • Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
  • Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
  • Manage a portfolio of listings, clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
  • Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.
  • Qualifying new leads
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating and finalizing deals
  • Develop new business opportunities in various UAE cities with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
  • Selection of real estate objects from the company’s database at the request of clients.
  • Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with over 1 year of experience in a similar role within property industry in the UAE
  • Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations and current pricing yields of real estate industry in UAE
  • Numerical aptitude
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai.
  • Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels.
  • Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with targets and commission basis.
  • UAE Driving License & Own Vehicle
