<p><strong>About the job:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a<strong> Property Consultant</strong> to join our growing sales and leasing team in Dubai. We are seeking motivated and hungry for success personalities who are eager to build their career with the support of a great organization, that has proven extremely successful before in Egypt.</p><p><br></p><p>Successful candidates will be expected to actively negotiate and coordinate the leasing, sales and acquisition of property from enquiry to contract closure, including marketing the property for sale or lease, updating the CRM with enquiries and negotiation process.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Consistently hit KPIs for calls, listings, viewings and deals.</li><li>Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management.</li><li>Negotiate and close deals.</li><li>Follow up regularly with the clients.</li><li>Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments.</li><li>Carry out any duties that may arise, or as directed, that is in support of the organization.</li><li>Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM and updating it regularly.</li><li>Keep up with prospective Developers & Sellers.</li><li>Maintain accurate records on properties, clients and owners.</li><li>Prepare market reports to provide up to date market updates.</li><li>To maintain a high professional profile at all times.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions.</li><li>Keep up to date with market trends and best practices.</li><li>Identify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business in conjunction with the marketing team.</li><li>Complete all necessary paperwork associated with selling/leasing properties.</li><li>Abiding by RERA and RICS standards and business codes of ethics.</li><li>Full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale or lease of a property.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirments:</strong></p><ul><li>Being bilingual is a must. (Fluent English + Russian or French)</li><li>Sales experience is a must.</li><li>Background knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, along with a confident persuasive personality.</li><li>Presentable, flexible, organized, and well-mannered.</li><li>Willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients.</li><li>Preferably with a valid driving license and car.</li><li>Willing to join immediately.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree.
