We are looking for an experienced, Off Plan Specialist & secondary market specialist to join our team.
What we look for within you:
- Minimum of one-year sales experience (off-plan Properties Or secondary market Properties)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in offering expert customer service to clients
- Strong market awareness and Clientele History
- A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
- Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Write /Speak)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit/Confident and professional appearance
- RERA Certified is plus or have a strong willingness to do training
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- A candidate who can speak Arabic, French, Hindi, Russian, Chinese
Job Description:
- Be updated on all topmost developer projects
- Conduct research and analysis of the property market
- Identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
- Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs
- Schedule property viewing with the potential clients
- Prepare a daily action plan and set a regular target
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
- Prepare and present business proposals to convince/Advise clients and secure a deal
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, laws, and policies
- Build and establish good working relationships with the prospects and buyers
- Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements
