Your responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with clients and potential investors to generate sales
- Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
- Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
- Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions
- Sales and marketing activities
- Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
Skills
- Minimum 6 months of UAE real estate experience
- Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Market
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- UAE Driving License
- Currently living in Dubai
- RERA license ( will be an advantage)
- Age limit: Below 35
