<p>AX CAPITAL Real Estate is hiring, professional Property Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.</p><p>As an experienced broker you already know what the job entails, but here is a list of highlights:</p><p>• Provide guidance, advice and assistance to sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in marketing, purchasing or leasing properties in Abu Dhabi.</p><p>• Create listings for sale and leasing of properties.</p><p>• Promote properties through means such as, advertisements, open houses, and listing services on property platforms.</p><p>• Negotiate processes and consult with clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements.</p><p>• Review purchase and leasing contracts to ensure terms are met.</p><p>• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.</p><p>Ideal Requirements:</p><p>• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE.</p><p>• Strong track record of sales.</p><p>• Good knowledge of the local property market.</p><p>• MUST hold a valid UAE Driving License.</p><p>Salary: We offer a competitive slabbed commission structure, based on targeted sales performance.</p><p>Full details of this will be discussed during the interview.</p>
