The Main Event: What you’ll do

As a Property Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain business relationships with customers and real estate agents/developers to generate sales. You will assist customers in finding the right property to suit their needs while developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with customers and real estate developers to generate sales;
  • Guide customers through the home buying process, offering assistance and advice to help them find the right property;
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings;
  • Utilize market intelligence to provide customers with accurate and relevant information;
  • Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base;
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

The Perfect Match: What you bring

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the Real Estate industry;
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market;
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service and presentation skills;
  • Motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
