<p>Looking for a <strong>Property Consultant</strong> who will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their clients and find living spaces that fit their criteria.</p><p><br></p><p>Commission splits upto 70%, good marketing support, work visa, mobile Simcard</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>-Cold Calling</p><p>-Contact the developers to take their ads and follow up with them</p><p>-Meeting or exceeding sales goals.</p><p>-Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.</p><p>-Preparing weekly and monthly reports.</p><p>-Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.</p><p>-Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.</p><p>-Maintaining client records.</p><p>-Stage and show living spaces</p><p>-Advertise and market living spaces</p><p>-Generating leads.</p><p>-Finds and reaches out to new prospects</p><p>-Discover client’s criteria and find living spaces hat fit their criteria</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>-Must have a RERA ID.</p><p>-Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate</p><p>-Have good knowledge about Dubai property market</p><p>-Real estate agent’s or broker’s license under RERA</p><p>-Valid UAE driver license and car(Required)</p><p>-Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills</p><p>-Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills</p><p>-Microsoft office proficient</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Salary + Commission</u></strong></p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Salary: <strong>Upon Interview</strong></p>
