About the job<p><span>The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a responsibilities of a real estate agent in Cairo may include understanding customers’ needs, making appointments to meet new and existing customers, making presentations to promote new projects and special deals, contacting potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt, generating leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits and achieving sales targets set by the company .</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Responsibilities</span></p><ul><li><span>Understanding customers’ needs.</span></li><li><span>Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.</span></li><li><span>Making presentations to promote new projects and special deals.</span></li><li><span>Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.</span></li><li><span>Handel leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Qualifications</span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree</span></li><li><span>Real-estate background is a must</span></li><li><span>Effective communication skills</span></li><li><span>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</span></li><li><span>Experience working with Microsoft Office suite</span></li><li><span>High-energy and passion</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to meet quotas</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
