As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, identifying their needs, and offering them the best property solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Attend networking events and develop a strong professional network
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Sales-driven mindset and target-oriented approach
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations
- Valid UAE driving license
