<ul><li>Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; Providing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services to the direct manager</li><li>Learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market</li><li>Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales</li><li>Gathering market and customer information</li><li>Advising on forthcoming project developments</li><li>Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations</li><li>Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues</li><li>Achieves agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field</li><li> 1-3 years of Real Estate, construction field, relationship management experience, commercial real estate experience</li><li>Develop and communicate messages to appropriate audiences, track and manage progress, and deliver consistent results</li><li>Strong presentation skills and an effective leadership presence </li><li> Good command of English is a must</li><li>A car is a must</li><li>Willingness to work from alternate locations when needed</li><li>Commitment to excellent customer service</li><li>Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
