Property Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Property Consultants Juniors, Seniors and Team Leaders to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. The property consultant’s responsibilities include developing and sustaining good working relationships with clients, inspecting properties with clients, and conducting surveys to obtain data. You should also be able to correctly inform clients of market conditions and trends.

Responsibilities

-Junior& Senior Property Consultant:

·  Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.

·  Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.

·  Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.

·  Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.

-Property Consultant Team Leader:

. Supporting Team members in closing deals

. Guiding your Team through any difficulties they might have.

. Supervising the Team members to make sure targets are met, and Team performance is always increasing.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.

· Proven experience in real estate brokerage.

· Sound knowledge of real estate market.

· Strong negotiation skills.

· Excellent analytical skills.

· Effective communication skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.
