We have been ranked as a Gold Agency by Dubai Land Department. </span></p><p>At Housess we provide extensive marketing support, in-house training and ongoing managerial and administrative support to assist with day to day duties.</p><p>This is a commission-based job where we believe in immediate disbursement of commissions at time of closing and flexibility and freedom for our team. </p><p>We are looking for honest, hard-working, target-oriented and motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our team!</p><p><strong>Support from Housess:</strong></p><p>路 Progressive commissions up to 70% (paid immediately)</p><p>路 Extensive marketing on all web portals and social media platforms. Premium accounts</p><p>with Property Finder, Dubbizle and Bayut</p><p>路 Updated marketing database for each area</p><p>路 Lead distribution among agents generated through extensive marketing*</p><p>路 In-house Photographer/Videographer for your properties</p><p>路 Back office support to coordinate administrative tasks</p><p>路 Diversified and friendly office environment</p><p>路 In-house professional training on property market and sales technique</p><p>路 Company Visa, Medical Insurance, RERA card, Laptop & Business Cards</p><p>路 Company Car + Driver (shared)</p><p>. Office Location – Dubai Hills & Al Barsha 1</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Proven working experience as a real estate agent or salesperson</p><p>Proven track of successful sales record amongst clients</p><p>Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills</p><p>Strong sales and negotiation</p><p>Pleasant and trustworthy</p><p>Excellent written and oral communication in English.
