Look no further!</p><p><br></p><p>We are full-service boutique real estate brokerage firm, who specializes in the sale, lease, and management of residential and commercial properties across the UAE.</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking talented real estate professionals with experience in the Dubai market.</p><p><br></p><p>When you become a part of our team, you become part of a supportive community of like-minded professionals who value collaboration, growth, and work-life balance.</p><p><br></p><p>We embrace diversity and welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us and be a part of Banke International Properties.</p><p><br></p><p>If that is YOU, Share your CV to <strong><em>talent@banke.ae</em></strong> and If you’re shortlisted we will get in touch with you.!</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.</p><p><br></p><p>Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing.</p><p><br></p><p>Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.</p><p><br></p><p>Display and market real property to possible buyers.</p><p><br></p><p>Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deed closing statements etc.)</p><p><br></p><p>Manage property auctions or exchanges.</p><p><br></p><p>Maintain and update listings of available properties.</p><p><br></p><p>Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors.</p><p><br></p><p>Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.</p><p><br></p><p>Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.</p><p><br></p><p>Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets best practices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.</p><p><br></p><p>Prior sales experience in Bank, Luxury Sales, Insurance, Luxury Cars and retail is preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>Should have up to date working knowledge of real Estate market.</p><p><br></p><p>Have extensive and strong sales experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Should have a hunger for success &amp; for financial gain.</p><p><br></p><p>Preferable to have a valid UAE driver’s license.</p><p><br></p>
