<p><strong>Platinum Square Real Estate</strong>, the UAE’s premier luxury real estate brokerage, is seeking an exceptional individual/ Property Consultant to join its Dubai-based brokerage.</p><p><br></p><p>These individuals must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, well-presented, and, most importantly, have prior experience assisting ultra-high-net-worth individuals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>You will be responsible for: </strong></p><ul><li>Exceed industry sales targets key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Head of Sales.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.</li><li>Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up activities.</li><li>Exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.</li><li>Monitor market trends and provide regular feedback on competitors.</li><li>Verify that the above-mentioned listing documents adhere to Dubai’s Land Department and Real Estate</li></ul><p> Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards.</p><p> • Schedule appointments with prospective buyers to show properties.</p><p><br></p><p>
