The chosen candidate must specialise in either of the following areas:</span></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Business Bay</li><li>Downtown</li><li>Springs</li><li>Arabian Ranches</li><li>Jumeirah Village Triangle</li><li>Jumeirah Village Circle</li><li>Dubai Marina</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience working in the specified area.</li><li>Valid driving license and candidate’s own method of transport</li><li>Proficiency in the English language.</li><li>Candidate’s own phone and laptop</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lease and sell properties in the specified area as well as an additional assigned area.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and establish strong relationships with clients.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and assist clients in making informed decisions.</li><li>Stay updated with market trends and real estate regulations.</li><li>Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Training:</p><ul><li>If a candidate lacks experience in either sales or leasing, we will provide comprehensive training to enhance their skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Medical insurance coverage.</li><li>Visa assistance.</li><li>Tiered commission structure of up to 70/30 in favour of the property consultant.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>At Bayti Real Estate, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.
