<p><span>We are hiring a Real estate consultant with prior experience in secondary market sales in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information about properties.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular contact to understand their requirements.</li><li>Negotiate deals and prepare contracts that are legally compliant and meet the needs of all parties involved.</li><li>Providing exceptional service to clients to ensure their satisfaction</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Consultant in Dubai.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets.</li><li>Specialized in secondary market sales</li><li>RERA certified (preferably) and a valid driving license (preferably).</li><li>Fluent in English </li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
