Property Advisor (French, German, Italian, Spanish speaker)

<p>We are looking forward to connecting with young and energetic people to join our sales team who have good connections with agencies/ brokers/ investors and are expert in selling off -plan properties including luxury projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>We are working on different projects. Our in-house marketing department and continuous lead generation campaigns will give you enough opportunity to sell and earn good commission along with the fixed salary package. </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements-</strong></p><p>- Fluency in English and one of the listed languages – <strong>Italian, French, Spanish or German</strong></p><p>-Excellent networking with agencies / brokers and proven track record of selling through them. </p><p>- At least 2- 3 years of experience working with developers in UAE.</p><p>- Strong negotiation and Sales skills.</p><p>- Ability to make Network, work autonomously and sell effectively.</p><p>- Result-driven and outstanding people skills</p><p>-Keep track of market / competitors</p>
