Real estate agent : Off Plan & Secondary Market area Specialist

Amin & Wilson Realty is seeking their next talented Property Advisors : to join our fast-growing team. (Multiple vacancies available).  

–       Experienced with deep knowledge of Dubai’s leading developers

–       Negotiates purchase agreements and has the ability to turn around rejections

–       Keeping up to date with market trends, project launches, and investment options

–       Ability to build and maintain long-term client/ developer relationships

Requirements

–       Fluency in English + another language (Russian French, Spanish or German)

–       Valid UAE driving license.

–       At least 1- 2 years of experience in UAE Real Estate.

–       Proven track record in sales.

–       Strong negotiation and Sales skills.

–       Ability to make Network, work autonomously and sell effectively.

–       Result-driven and outstanding people skills
