Look no further!</span></p><p><span>We are Sand and sea real estate brokerage firm, who specializes in the sale, lease, of residential and commercial properties across the UAE (secondary and off-plan)</span></p><p><span>We are seeking talented real estate professionals with experience in the Dubai market.</span></p><p><span>When you become a part of our team, you become part of a supportive community of like-minded professionals who value collaboration, growth, and work-life balance.</span></p><p><span>We embrace diversity and welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us and be a part of sand and sea Properties.</span></p><p><span>If that is YOU, share your CV to </span><em>Careers@sandandseaproperties.ae</em><span> and If you’re shortlisted, we will get in touch with you.!</span></p><p><strong><em>Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><p><span>Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.</span></p><p><span>Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing.</span></p><p><span>Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.</span></p><p><span>Display and market real property to possible buyers.</span></p><p><span>Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deed closing statements etc.)</span></p><p><span>Manage property auctions or exchanges.</span></p><p><span>Maintain and update listings of available properties.</span></p><p><span>Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors.</span></p><p><span>Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.</span></p><p><span>Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.</span></p><p><span>Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets best practices.</span></p><p><strong><em>Qualifications:</em></strong></p><p><span>Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.</span></p><p><span>Prior sales experience in Bank, Luxury Sales, Insurance, Luxury Cars and retail is preferred.</span></p><p><span>Should have up to date working knowledge of real Estate market.</span></p><p><span>Have extensive and strong sales experience.</span></p><p><span>Should have a hunger for success & for financial gain.</span></p><p><span>Preferably to have a valid UAE driver’s license.</span></p><p><br></p>
