<p><strong>JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Manage calendars and appointments of all brokers.</li><li>Monitor the CRM activity and issue reminders to broker follow up.</li><li>Work closely with tele sales on call quality for management reports.</li><li>Create portal listings and update when required.</li><li>Ensure all department documentation is up to date.</li><li>On board new developers and new inventory as and when required.</li><li>Liaise with the marketing team for new social media campaigns.</li><li>Create invoices including KYC documents and send to accounts.</li><li>Liaise with accounts for receipts. </li><li>Create broker commission payment requests.</li><li>Provide expense claims (if any) to HR.</li><li>Attend weekly YTD meetings with HOD.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Good communication in English skills both oral and written.</li><li>Ability to multi-task by conversing with the Tenant at the same time executing contracts with utmost accuracy.</li><li>Attention to detail, work error free.</li><li>Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization.</li><li>Be proactive and adaptable to new tasks.</li><li>Work independently</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>2-3 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales and Leasing is a must.</li></ul><p></p>
