Join Honeywell as the Operations Leader for Project P&amp;L, a thrilling leadership position that reports to the META General Manager and collaborates closely with support function leaders. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, providing direction and motivation to the team. With proficiency in program management, you’ll execute development programs, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements are met. Leading programs across domestic and international locations, you’ll coordinate technology development and production. Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and strong leadership skills, you’ll drive on-time execution of Honeywell behaviors and manage the P&amp;L for a sub-region. It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a team shaping the success of Honeywell’s projects and your own professional growth.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Developing and maintaining a comprehensive yearly business plan that focuses on improving the profitability of the company.</li><li>Maximizing division profitability by implementing programs that optimize service and inventory management efficiency, ensuring effective utilization of resources.</li><li>Staying up to date with market conditions, product changes, pricing levels, terms, discounts, allowances, promotions, and supplier-related changes. Adapting strategies to align with changing conditions.</li><li>Building and nurturing a strong working relationship between the company and suppliers to enhance collaboration and ensure the availability of necessary resources.</li><li>Developing and implementing cost-saving measures to drive operational efficiency and minimize expenses.</li><li>Reviewing projects and assisting project and sales managers with account and finance analysis, helping to identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise.</li><li>Coordinating with various functions within the organization, including Sales, Sourcing &amp; Procurement, Finance, Controllership, and Contract, to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment of efforts.</li><li>Facilitating forecast analysis to accurately predict demand and maintain a high level of reliability in meeting customer commitments.</li><li>Mentoring and guiding members of the team to foster a highly efficient and productive organization, encouraging growth and development.</li><li>Summarizing key issues and taking appropriate actions to address them, ensuring effective decision-making and timely resolution of operational challenges.</li><li>10 years’ experience and expertise within technical or business field</li><li>Master’s degree in engineering or business</li><li>Previously led a team as Operations leader or P&amp;L Leader<br></li></ul>WE VALUE<br><ul><li>Significant leadership experience</li><li>Strategic thinking</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization</li><li>Strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction</li><li>Diverse experience across programs, products, and customers</li><li>Knowledge of industry regulatory and quality requirements</li><li>Excellent cross-functional and matrixed influence skills</li><li>MBA preferred</li><li>Technical skills in both mechanical and electronics domains.<br></li></ul>Additional Information<br><ul><li>JOB ID: HRD199706</li><li>Category: Business Management</li><li>Location: Mivida Project Building B2 5th Settlement,Cairo,CAIRO,11835,Egypt</li><li>Exempt</li></ul><li></li>
