Projects Engineer- Retail

Job Description

<p>The projects engineer is responsible for planning and overseeing a specific project and/or multiple projects from beginning to end.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Lead and manage contractors &amp; suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site work are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost, and time frame.</span></li><li><span>Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting.</span></li><li><span>Ensure supplies and materials are ordered and delivered according to schedule.</span></li><li><span>Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.</span></li><li><span>Preparation/ submission/ necessary documents to malls management and retail delivery team to obtain PTW.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with the design team with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.</span></li><li><span>Ability to run projects within budget and schedule.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, landlord, authority representatives and key team members of the project team.</span></li><li><span>Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress and prepare projects progress reports.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><strong><u></u></strong></p><ul><li><span>B.S in Architecture or Interior Design. </span></li><li><span>Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in interior design fit-out work.</span></li><li><span>Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills.</span></li><li><span>Good knowledge of AUTOCAD 2D &amp; 3D, Sketchup 2D &amp; 3D, Photoshop, and Illustrator.</span></li><li><span>Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details.</span></li><li><span>Excellent project management skills.</span></li><li><span>Excellent presentation and time management skills.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills.</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
