Projects Director (Facilities Management, O & M)

We are Hiring a highly experienced<strong> “Projects Director”</strong> to oversee our facilities management field projects in Saudi Arabia.<p><br></p>Our client is a leading Saudi Arabian company that has projects throughout the country, in the areas of Operation and Maintenance, and total Facilities Management.<p><br></p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Oversee all aspects of facilities management projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring that their needs are met.</li><li>Manage mobile teams of staff and contractors, including recruitment, training, and performance management.</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date on project progress and any changes to timelines, budgets, or scope.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.</li><li>Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.</li><li>Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all projects are designed and delivered to the required technical standards.</li><li>Continuously review and improve project processes and procedures to ensure that they are efficient and effective.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.</li><li>More than 10 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong background in maintenance and operations KPI based projects.</li><li>Experience working in Saudi Arabia is a must.</li><li>Strong experience in managing mobile teams of staff and contractors.</li><li>Strong experience in mega projects and KPI based contracts.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.</li></ul>
