<p>Job Summary:</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating content plans, coordinating with trainers and guests, managing payments, preparing feedback forms, and ensuring a smooth and successful workshop experience for all participants.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and manage content plans for the workshops</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Send confirmation emails to trainers, request objectives, and send presentation templates</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Set up Google Calendar for the entire program</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Gather trainers/guests photos and bios</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage payments links and Zoom accounts in the agenda</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and update Typeforms and automated email responses</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Align and brief the marketing team</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Check target audience and create a sales plan</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare feedback forms for the month</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Send acceptance/registration emails to participants</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Make calls to participants as needed</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare PDF materials for participants</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Finalize agenda design</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Create WhatsApp group and Zoom links</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Email trainers including participants’ brief and requesting presentation and handouts and Zoom links</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Send detailed emails to participants with Zoom links, agenda, brief link, and instructions</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Remind the trainer and confirm the timing the day before the workshop</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Check all participants received the access and they are all in the group</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Post welcome messages on WhatsApp group</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Create handout links in the group description</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct Zoom checks</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct orientation on the first day of the workshop</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Take attendance and set guidelines and means of communication on day one</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Check emails for inquiries</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Facilitate Q\&amp;A and breaks throughout the workshop</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Send reminders at the end of the workshops</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Check that handouts are uploaded</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Check social media coverage (Instagram stories and posts)</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Request and send certificates to participants</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Send thank you note to the trainer</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Send thank you email to participants at the end of the program, including further programs</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Send feedback email to the trainer</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage trainers’ payment in the sheet</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Transfer trainer’s payment</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Check social media coverage for the workshop and screenshot feedbacks to send to the marketing team</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Organize industry meetup if necessary</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct general evaluations of the workshop</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in organizing and managing workshops or events</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational and time-management skills</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in Zoom, Google Calendar, and Typeform</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, is a plus</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p>*&nbsp;&nbsp;Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively</p>
