We are looking for the role of Project Sourcing Specialist for a Major Oil and Gas service Provider Company based in UAE

Yearly Renewable Contract
To be based in Dubai, UAE
To work with Top Tier OFS Company

Job Description:

– Implement plans and tactics to effectively manage the sourcing activities (issue RFQ, Conduct bid, Analysis, Issue PO) related to the assigned portfolio of projects to maximize supplier performance (Cost, Quality, Lead time) during project execution. 
– Control of project spent vs tender CBU Budget
– PMO Project KPIs/ KPOs
– Optimize quantity of supplier to meet project targets
– ARIBA
– Local regulations and TCC assurance
– Negotiation management
– Supplier Management
