<strong>One of our clients is in the Aluminum Fabrication and Installation Industry, in Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of a Project Manager</strong><p><br></p><strong>Location: Riyadh</strong><p><br></p><strong>Years of Experience: 10 – 15</strong><p><br></p><strong>Candidates with transferable Iqama are encouraged to apply for this position.</strong><p><br></p><strong>Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.</strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Description:</strong><p><br></p>Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till the completion stage.. <p><br></p>Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform with constraints of schedules, budgets and resources. <p><br></p>Interact with clients consultants and building contractor to drive the project and to meet customer’s expectations. <p><br></p>Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project lift cycle<p><br></p>Ensure performance on project ultimately meets clients expectations in term of quality standards, on-time completion and within cost. <p><br></p>Attend project, site progress and site related technical meetings.. <p><br></p>Monitor the productivity and the quality of work at site<p><br></p>Good experience in Facades, Curtain walls.<p><br></p><strong>Requirements: </strong><p><br></p>BS/MS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture. <p><br></p>5+ years of experience working in related façade, envelope or contract glazing sector. <p><br></p>Proficient with MS Project (or similar) and the ability to understand, interpret and create project schedules. <p><br></p>Proficient with MSOffice suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<p><br></p>Proficient with PDF editing software such as Bluebeam or Adobe. <p><br></p>Basic ability with CAD software is a plus. <p><br></p>Able to travel as required. <p><br></p>Able to effectively work in an office environment, production environment and job site as required. <p><br></p>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. <p><br></p><strong>Note: We thank all applicants for their interest however, only those candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted</strong>.
