<p>AED 20,000 – 23,000 Per Month</p><p><br></p><p>Charterhouse is managing a search for a refrigeration and cooling contractor, who specialise in the commercial and industrial sector. Our client has served the region for several decades and delivers turn key solutions from design and development of cooling systems to the production, installation and aftercare sales to its customers.</p><p><br></p><p>The Project Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial refrigeration projects throughout the GCC region, offering technical, operational and customer focused expertise, to ensure projects are delivered on-time to the highest quality.</p><p><br></p><p>This management role, will work closely with the engineering department and manage the design and planning of the project in coordination with the P &amp; ID Drawings issued by the engineering department. The incumbent will monitor turn over, profit and budgeting for indirect costs with the project, whilst following up project activities during construction phases, taking any initiatives required and monitor process improvement.</p><p><br></p><p>Additionally, the Project Manager will maintain contact with suppliers and subcontractors, consulting with the operations and purchasing department, producing high quality written and project evaluation reports to Senior PM’s and the Operations Manager.</p><p><br></p><p>To be considered for this role, the candidate will have a successful track-record (minimum of 5 years) as a refrigeration or cooling system Project Manager within the industrial or construction sector. The incumbent will be competent reading P &amp; ID Drawings and be able to confidently communicate plans to technicians and engineers on-site.</p><p><br></p><p>You will hold an Electrical or Mechanical Degree from an international University and be willing to work at our clients Sharjah office on a full-time basis. Frequent travel across the GCC will be an essential part of the role.</p>
