<p>The ideal candidate will be responsible Developing and managing the implementation of business strategy for OTC business in Morocco and achieve revenue targets in line with overall Country’s goals </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><u>Manage the entry of products into Morocco</u></p><ul><li>Liaison with the Morocco and India regulatory team to manage the entry of products in form of exports from India as per agreed timelines</li><li>Building relationship with MOH to be able to influence and resolve difficult situation related to product registration and entry</li><li>Basic level knowledge of the export process which is key to product entry into Morocco – Documentation, points of contact etc</li></ul><p><u>Market construct &amp; competitive Intelligence</u></p><ul><li>Complete understanding of the OTC market in Morocco</li><li>Category and subcategory understanding</li><li>SKU level understanding within categories</li><li> Sourcing and working on market data for Morocco (e.g: Nielsen, Euromonitor etc…)</li><li>Mapping Competition 4P – packaging, pricing, placement, promotion</li></ul><p><u>Project Management and Building launch GTM</u></p><ul><li>Managing NPD projects and networks</li><li>Building a calendar for new market launches</li><li>Building GTM for product launches</li><li>Knowledge of media landscape in Morocco and building Media plans for new product launches</li></ul><p><u>Doctor interactions</u></p><ul><li>Working and coordinating with the doctor detailing team ( FLM and team of MRs) to be able to build product demand</li><li>Plan and fulfil any promotional material requirement for the channel</li></ul><p><u>P&amp;L and Marketing spend management</u></p><ul><li>Managing the overall OTC P&amp;L for Morocco as per alignment</li><li>Managing and planning A&amp;P spends</li></ul><p><u>Creating new channels</u></p><ul><li>Creating new channels for market entry</li><li>Working with sales team to put in a structure for market entry</li></ul><p><u>New Acquisitions</u></p><ul><li>Supporting in Identifying and shortlisting possible acquisitions for OTC categories</li><li>Liasoning with M&amp;A team for onboarding acquisitions </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Educational qualifications: </u></strong></p><p>Masters degree in marketing </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Relevant experience: </u></strong></p><p>Minimum 6-8 years of experience</p><p>Has experience in building OTC products through doctors and media</p><p>Experience of building and launching NPDs</p><p>Building launch GTMs</p><p>HCP and media communication design</p><p>Has media (TV/Digital and other media) experience</p><p>Has worked with media/digital/3rd party agencies and partners</p><p>1 yr. of trade experience is preferred</p>
