Project Manager Odoo ERP

Job Description

<ul><li>Complete oversight of the project, ensuring that Odoo ERP project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget</li><li>Lead project delivery across teams inclusive of project planning and project execution across delivery life cycle phases</li><li>Act as the point of contact for the project team, business partners and management to provide updates, resolve issues.</li><li>Assist in Developing a detailed project plan to track progress</li><li>Assist with Developing project scopes and objectives based on the company requirements covering all business entities in the organization and ensuring technical feasibility.</li><li>Identify, define, and document key processes and business requirements.</li><li>Create Use Cases for ERP business applications and work with Odoo Partner and internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications through technical walkthrough meetings.</li><li>Facilitate structured Root Cause Analysis, Requirements and Brainstorming sessions to tackle complex business cases and able to translate that into technical specifications.</li><li>Ensure Project resource availability and allocation.</li><li>Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques</li><li>Report and escalate to the responsible lead and the management as needed</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation</li><li>Coordinate project schedules and produce project status reports</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Master/Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Application or any related subject</li><li>Proven track record in managing Odoo ERP Software Projects</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Knowledge, skills and experience</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge and experience of process management methodologies &amp; business analysis methodologies.</li><li>Solid Knowledge of Project Management Methodology.</li><li>At least 5 years in software business analysis, process analysis, business application development</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span> If interested please send your updated CV to hr@arabianopensource.com</span></p>
