JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex civil engineering programs and managing the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closeout. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to scope, budget, and schedule. Responsibilities
- Develop Project Management Analysis tools and procedures that provide evidence based reporting that support analytics based decisions and reporting.
- Manages multiple contractors and vendors, including the solicitation and review of proposals. Participate in the selection of contractors and service providers while ensuring adherence and compliance with NEOM strategy, policy, departmental goals and commitments.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the Contractor and service providers in the development, implementation, and maintenance of On-Site Welfare Facilities. This includes but is not limited to the management and delivery of welfare facilities such as dining facilities, break-out/rest areas, W-Cs/toilets, office spaces and cleaning services.
- Assess and take steps in accordance with the Scope of Work, (SoW), that ensures the Contractor and service providers are responding to inquiries and complaints in accordance with the SoW.
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including maintenance technicians, engineers, and service delivery staff, to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain customer confidence by ensuring confidentiality of company data as required.
- Analyze, summarise, and interpret data; make appropriate recommendations and decisions related to document management, write reports, and give oral presentations, as required.
- Plan, organise, prioritise and perform multiple tasks to perform job functions in an orderly manner.
- Ability to manage and drive service delivery staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in meetings and communicating updates and information to team members and other stakeholders as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the Head of On-Site Welfare Facilities.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and clients
