Job Summary: As the Fit-out Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of high-end villa and VVIP fit-out projects in Dubai. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

* Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for high-end villa and palace fit-out projects.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, and interior designers to define project requirements and design intent.
* Organize and manage resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
* Ensure that all project activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Project Monitoring and Control:

* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
* Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
* Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

* Lead, motivate, and supervise project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project, finding effective and efficient solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and change requests.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
* Conduct regular project meetings with clients to review progress, discuss milestones, and manage expectations.
