In this position, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting services to our clients in the Middle East region, with a specific focus on sporting and leisure facilities. Working with us offers an exciting range of opportunities to develop your career within a supportive and diverse team who always strive to do the right thing for our people, clients and communities.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li> Plan and direct engineering activities. </li><li> Prepare and present technical reports and presentations. </li><li> Be a key player in Business Development activities. </li><li> Manage overall Framework project on behalf of Jensen Hughes, managing multiple scopes of work. </li><li> Maintain regularly revisit Project Execution Plan. </li><li> Arrange and chair regular scheduled internal coordination meetings across multiple scopes of work. </li><li> Coordinate between Client, key stakeholders, and Jensen Hughes technical staff. </li><li> Maintain and control risk register. Record and monitor Project Risks inform teams at internal meetings. </li><li> Manage all contractual discussions with the client. </li><li> Manage overall Project financially. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li> 7+ years of experience in Fire </li><li> Arabic Speaking </li><li> Registered Professional Engineer preferred. </li><li> Should have the ability to present clear and technically sound fire protection engineering strategies and have good communication and negotiating skills. </li><li> Can work independently and as part of a team, enjoy professional challenges and wants to be an integral part of the long-term growth of Jensen Hughes. </li><li> Demonstrated success communicating project priorities, leading teams of consulting engineers, working with clients and other stakeholders. </li><li> Must come from an Engineering background and have experience within Consultancy environment. </li><li> Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills. </li><li> Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing in English. </li><li> Ability to work alongside Client and management multiple stakeholder relationships.. </li><li> Strong Technical background with experience spanning Strategy, Technical, Implementation. </li><li> Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Why you should join Jensen Hughes: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> You will work with market-leading clients </li><li> You’ll have support from the leadership team </li><li> You’ll be given flexibility to work where and when you want </li><li> You will have the backing of a leading international firm </li><li> Career advancement with an established framework is in place clearly defining expectations and outlining opportunities for promotion </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Our Culture &amp; Benefits</strong><p><br></p>People are Jensen Hughes greatest asset, and we offer a competitive package to retain and attract the best talent.
