As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple job sites, ensuring efficient project delivery, and providing excellent client support. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience, a strong background in civil engineering, and the ability to handle complex projects with precision and professionalism.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to meet project objectives and deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.</li><li>Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on multiple job sites, implementing corrective measures when necessary.</li><li>Proactively respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project duration.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports, including project status updates, financial analyses, and risk assessments, for regular communication with stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, permits, and environmental standards in all project activities.</li><li>Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Civil Project Manager or in a similar leadership role in the construction industry.</li><li>Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management.</li><li>Demonstrated success in handling complex civil engineering projects with a proven track record of on-time and within-budget delivery.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.</li><li>Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in using project management software and relevant engineering tools.</li><li>Leadership acumen with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.</li><li>Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is highly desirable.</li></ul><p><br></p>
