Project Manager | AFET | KSA
What you will do:
- Providing efficient and professional services in project management, Design, Estimation, Execution, Supervision, co-ordination and the successful completion of MEP project.
- Co-ordinating with the Client/Consultant, Project Management Team of Main-contractors, Sub-contractors and other service Contractors
- Liaising with authorities like, and Civil Defense for all the related works
- Dealing with the major suppliers for the entire material procurement starting from floating enquires till finalization of the supplier
- Preparing Technical Submittal for the entire project on Consultant’s approved vendors list
- Leading the project management team design team in all aspects of the project.
- Being a construction Leader in execution of the entire MEP Project.
- Attending Consultant’s material & work inspections ,factory visits and Authorities Inspections
- Should adhere to the company QHSE policy at all times.
