<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Preparing FM policies, procedures &amp; business flow charts.</li><li>Establishing a performance management system at strategic and tactical levels.</li><li>Provide technical advisory services and support for all client entities.</li><li>Review &amp; assess current FM contracts and recommend enhancements.</li><li>Recommend and implement FM operational enhancements to the client portfolio.</li><li>Responsible for delivering the contractual deliverables.</li><li>Conduct gap analysis for client asset management strategy.</li><li>Develop 5-year FM strategy for the client portfolio.</li><li>Experience in FM contracts management and commercial management.</li><li>Budget preparation CAPEX &amp; OPEX for the FM organization.</li><li>Manage the procurement and implementation of the CAFM system.</li><li>Ensure that systems are implemented and adhered to for the control of work progress quality,</li><li>and HSE requirements.</li><li>Establish communication procedures to ensure smooth and efficient communication between the client and the FM team.</li><li>Prepare weekly &amp; monthly reports as per client requirements.</li><li>Maintain excellent communications with client stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor the approved budgets, and schedules throughout the duration of the FM service</li><li>delivery, and report on the same to the client and head office.</li><li>Developing asset life cycles for clients’ portfolios.</li><li>Review maintenance regimes and propose enhancements.</li><li>Present case studies for FM operational solutions that have been implemented locally/ globally.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification: </strong></p><ul><li>BSc in Engineering MEP.</li><li><strong>Min 10 years’ experience in facilities management</strong></li><li>FM certification is desirable.</li><li>Proven track record in managing large portfolios.</li><li>Experience in FM consultancy, FM operations, and service delivery.</li><li>Familiar with ISO 55000 implementations.</li><li>Experience with industrial cities is desirable.</li></ul>
