Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL) is the logistics provider of the world with over 520,000 employees in more than 220 countries and territories.<br><br>DHL Supply chain offers standardized Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Specialist as well as highly specialized end-to-end solutions to customers in a wide range of industries globally.<br><br>Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of <strong>Project Manager</strong>, based in Al Khobar.<br><br><strong>Objective: <br><br></strong>The main objective of this position is to achieve the assigned project goals and objectives while keeping in mind the project scope, time, quality, and cost. The Project Manager is responsible to lead and facilitate the entire project workflow with team collaboration on multiple projects.<br><br><strong> Duties Responsibilities: <br><br></strong><ul><li> Manage the overall planning, day to day controlling, status reporting, stability of assigned projects.</li><li> Responsible for managing and governing the DePICT project management methodology and CRI (changes, risks, issues) management process.</li><li> Capture and establish the project scope in a Project Charter.</li><li> Assemble the project team and establish reporting structures and governance (roles and responsibilities).</li><li> Plan and lead work breakdown sessions with the project team to define and determined the objectives, deliverables and tasks of the project based on the agreed project scope.</li><li> Establish and lead a clear communication plan to drive the project team and project plan (daily, weekly, monthly).</li><li> Be able to plan and host project kick off meetings and facilitate the agreed communications plan.</li><li> Manage and support the project team to deliver on the agreed day to day task, being able to identify, educate and manage issues, risks and changes continuously as they occur.</li><li> Manage changing scope and project acceptance criteria, controls resources, revenue and project budgets.</li><li> Establish and manage ongoing quality assurance reviews.</li><li> Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, within scope and within agreed quality standards.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications and Skills Required:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Qualified Project Management Degree or Certification (Bachelors / IMPA / PMI / Prince 2 Practitioner / PMP).</li><li> 5 Years’ experience as Project Manager, managing medium to large scale Supply Chain related projects.</li><li> Supply Chain Logistics &amp; Operations.</li><li> Change Management Systems.</li><li> Performance Management.</li><li> Automation &amp; Digitalization.</li><li> Effectively Communicate, Verbally and Written (Business English).</li><li> Apply Critical Thinking.</li><li> Resolve Complex Problems.</li><li> Negotiate and Influence Project Stakeholders.</li><li> Manage Senior Project Stakeholders (Higher Functional Levels).</li><li> Assess, Analyze and Challenge Feedback / Information.<br><br></li></ul>As the world’s largest contract logistics specialist, we create competitive advantage for customers through customized logistics solutions based on globally standardized warehousing, transportation and integrated services components.
