Job Description

<p>We are looking for Senior Project Manager who can carry out Modification projects, Maintenance Projects, Turnkey Industrial Projects &amp; knowledge of MEP with site experience to manage and oversee day-to-day operations of various projects with relevant 5-8 Years UAE experience in contracting industry.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will be responsible for site meetings, monitor and provide project updates to the owners, clients, or project team members.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Set project timeline, Monitor project deliverables and ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Coordinate with Consultant, Client, Project Engineer and Sub-contractors to deliver projects in a timely manner within budget</li><li>Familiar with quality and health and safety standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Well-versed in solving practical project issues using computer software and relevant technological tools.</li><li>Eager to work in a variety of setups that include on-site and in-office activities.</li><li>Strong command of creating clear, concise, and technically accurate project scopes and reports.</li><li>Experience in handling industrial projects</li><li>Understanding of Trakhees, TECOM, Dubai South and DDA approvals procedures is essential.</li><li>Contribute to the project development process by preparing effective planning, resource allocation, and implementation blueprint.</li><li>Resolving Design and Development problems and Managing Budgets and other Project Resources.</li><li>Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.</li><li>Coordinate with Site Engineers or manage a team of technical personnel and coordinate with all site personnel for timely completion of the project</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience</li><li>UAE Driving License (Required).</li><li>Candidates need Civil engineering certificate and a Valid UAE Society of Engineering Card.</li><li>Certified from Dubai Municipality.</li><li>Certified from Trakhees – Civil engineering Department.</li><li>Proven experience in the UAE construction field (Min. 2 years in Structural steel and Min 5 years in civil preferred).</li><li>Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills</li><li>Well versed with MS office, MS Outlook tools.</li></ul><p><br></p>
