<ul><li>Liaises with team and customers to effectively plan and deliver the implementation project in accordance with contractual agreements and in line with project delivery processes. </li><li>Effectively manages day-to-day operational and budget aspects of the project. Ensures that scope elements (in terms of products/modules, services, and results) are defined and that these remain within an acceptable tolerance for the project to avoid scope creep. Uses appropriate tools for change management and knows when these should be used.</li><li>Ensures the project is delivered according to the agreed timescale and budget. Ensures that a plan is agreed upon at the outset and that this is monitored and updated regularly. </li><li>Has the ability to identify risks and issues within a project, and ensure these are logged, monitored, and managed. Can identify strategies to manage and mitigate risks effectively. </li><li>Communicates effectively both internally across all business and technical teams and externally with all stakeholders up to the executive levels at the customer side. Chooses the appropriate communication medium for the situation and can adapt styles to suit the audience. </li><li>Working with the Projects consultants and domain leads; has responsibility for optimizing project implementation activities to the best interest for a successful delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Experienced Project Manager, experience in managing Healthcare Information System implementation is a must. </li><li> Great communicator with internal and external stakeholders up to the executive level.</li><li> Possess proven project planning, forecasting, and budget management skills.</li><li> Has a strong focus on delivery – Driven and able to adopt practical and pragmatic approaches when required. </li><li> Excellent negotiating skills. </li><li> Possess Strong relationship-building skills and able to manage people from different cultures and backgrounds.</li><li> Highly developed knowledge and experience in techniques for planning, delivering, monitoring, and controlling projects resulting in business change. </li><li> Experience in setting up project governance and quality assurance from scratch. </li><li> Experience in managing project budgets and tracking expenditures. </li><li> Experience in managing project resourcing for large-scale IT/technical projects. using a blend of in-house and partner resources.</li></ul>
