<p>Job Opportunity with Our Client in UAE!!</p><p><br></p><p>Role: Project Manager with Agile Scrum Master</p><p>Experience: 5+ Years</p><p>Location: Dubai (On-site)</p><p>Notice Period: Max 30 days</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:</p><p>1. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience as well as project management experience in more traditional methodologies </p><p>2. Strong team leadership skills, driving effective team operating models and improving team maturity levels in understanding process and increasing productivity via influence rather than direct authority </p><p>3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills </p><p>4. Strong written and verbal communication skills including executive stakeholder management </p><p>5. Consulting experience highly preferred </p><p>6. Strong change management experience </p><p>7. Experience leading the change from waterfall methodologies towards agile methodologies and practices </p><p>8. Experience working with globally distributed teams highly preferred </p><p>9. Experience leading teams consisting of employees, contractors and strategic partners </p><p>10. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where production releases occur in 2-4 week durations </p><p>11. Ability to interpret burn down charts, burn up charts, SCRUM &amp; Kanban boards to know the teams progress </p><p>12. Good exposure to sizing techniques used in agile process </p><p>13. Ability to improve team maturity levels in understanding process and increasing productivity in terms of velocity </p><p>14. Exposure using Agile Life Cycle Management tools including JIRA or Rally </p><p>15. Familiar with knowledge management tools such as Sharepoint, Confluence etc. </p><p>16. Scrum Master and Scaled Agile Framework certifications are a must</p>
