<p><strong>Role Summary: </strong></p><p>The Project Manager role is to manage project communication, follow-up tasks, minuting &amp; documentation tasks, project monitoring, project reporting, contractual review &amp; participation in procurement, managing small projects independently, able to participate across all Project Management verticals as and when required under guidance. </p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage client relationships by providing regular updates on project status and issues to ensure satisfaction with progress.</li><li>Manage teams of employees that include architects, engineers, programmers, designers, project managers, and other specialists who work together to complete projects within time frames and budgets.</li><li>Review project proposals to ensure that clients’ needs are met and understand the scope of work that will be completed.</li><li>Oversee all phases of a project from planning to execution, including monitoring budgets, managing personnel, and resolving problems that arise.</li><li>Develop and implement project plans, including creating schedules and milestones to track progress.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments within an organization to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed successfully.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including coordinating activities with other departments within an organization.</li><li>Prepare reports detailing progress made on projects or outcomes of specific tasks within a project.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to ensure that they are aware of changes or delays in project timelines or deliverables.</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in architecture – Masters desirable.</li><li>PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.</li><li>Excellent client-facing and internalcommunication skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Software skills – MS Project; Knowledge of MS Office &amp; Adobe InDesign is mandatory</li><li>Previous experience in an office environment in a similar role.<strong> </strong></li><li>5-6 years of experience.</li></ul><p></p>
