We are a truly global health partner for our customers, ensuring fast and simple access to the best advice, treatment and value for our customer.<p><br></p><strong>Summary:</strong><p><br></p>The role of the Project Manager – Health MEA is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager – Health MEA will also define the projects’ objectives and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle . The incumbent will be required to execute all project initiatives as directed by the Head of Project Management – Health MEA.<p><br></p>The role of the Project Manager – Health MEA is to understand external/ internal clients’ needs, challenge requests, translate them into clear and concise business requirements. The Project Manager – Health MEA will be responsible for defining action plans to be delivered accurately and on time.<p><br></p><strong>Main Tasks: </strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li> Clearly understands clients’ needs, challenge assumptions and ensure projects are viable from a cost benefit perspective and are best possible solutions.</li><li> Leads projects in a transparent and productive way, applying standard project management practices.</li><li> Manages handoff between the Project Management – Health MEA team / Scrum Teams and the end users, ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting with least operational downtime</li><li> Develops the statement of work, budget, plan, and schedule and communicate them effectively</li><li> Works directly with other related departments to manage project actual and impact to budget</li><li> Plans resource requirements and ensures optimum use of shared resources, as per project plan</li><li> Facilitates user acceptance testing and ensures suitable training plans are incorporated into project rollout</li><li> Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. This includes regular team updates on Health Operations project execution, such as project status meetings, monthly project reviews and other collaboration opportunities</li><li> Facilitates change management process within the business to ensure project benefits are ascertained</li><li> Demonstrates an ongoing commitment to professional growth in project/program management and other key areas</li><li> May require to visit and work closely with Nextcare’s /Allianz Partners’ other operating entities to carry out project requirements<br></li></ul><p><br></p>28675 | Project Management | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Partners | Full-Time | Permanent<p><br></p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong>:<p><br><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree.</li><li> 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar project management role.</li><li> Physically fit to carry out duties.</li><li> Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.</li><li> Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.<br></li></ul>
