You will be working as Project Manager, will be the part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible to build a superior customer experience, best in class projects execution, customer focus and quality is a must, responsibility of driving project management and execution activities related to motors and drives in line with contractual commitments and customer expectations

Your responsibilities
- Taking ownership of project management and orders, delivery activities in terms of planning, schedul-ing, cost, scope, ordering and customer satisfaction in coordination with operations manager
- Taking necessary measure to ensure performance is up to ABB quality standards across the project lifecycle, proactively informing customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifying questions and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process
- Providing internal and external customer support such as but not limited to order assistance, payment-related assistance and coordinating with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and in-creasing customer satisfaction
- Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with sales, operations, supply chain management and other internal and/or external teams and coordinating reso-lution with after-sales service and/or spare parts teams
- Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information, tracking regular target performance and providing results to management
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining customer support processes, participating in customer support related development projects (e.g. tools, competences, resources) and following rigorously with zero tolerance ABB HSE recommendations and safety measure with zero tolerance
- Delivering the scope of work on time, on cost and on quality and working closely with sales team to annually assess their needs to achieve targets
Your background
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering β preferably electrical or automation engineering
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience of at least 3 years in project management
- Certified Project Manager
- Knowledge of order processing system and SAP, strong knowledge of commercial terms and condi-tions, knowledge on LCs, BGs and basware system, BOL, SAP, OMS
- Excellent team player
- Fluency in English language is mandatory
