<p>As a Regional Retail Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of retail projects across multiple locations within the region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, visual merchandising, store design, marketing, and finance, to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fashion retail project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional retail environments.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end project management process for retail projects within the region, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.</li><li>Collaborate with the brand project management team and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.</li><li>Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and partners to align project goals and ensure adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess locations, provide guidance on store layout and design, and ensure adherence to brand standards.</li><li>Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to the management team.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, anticipate project issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and take corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.</li><li>Foster effective communication channels among project teams, ensuring transparency, clarity, and alignment.</li><li>Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, retail best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and optimize project outcomes.</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.</li><li><u>Travel is required over 50% of the time.</u></li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Experience:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fashion retail industry, overseeing retail projects across multiple locations.</li><li>Strong understanding of retail operations, store design, visual merchandising, and customer experience principles in the fashion industry.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Proficient in project management software and tools.</li><li>PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are desirable.</li><li>Willingness to travel within the region as required for project site visits and meetings.</li></ul>
