<p>We are looking for <strong>Project Manager </strong></p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are completed within the specified time frame, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the IT industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation/utlization.</li><li>Manage project tea</li><li>MS, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities and are working towards the project goals.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify issues and risks, and take corrective action when necessary.</li><li>Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that they are within the allocated budget.</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to ensure that everyone is aware of project progress and status.</li><li>Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.</li><li>Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in project management in the IT industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.</li><li>Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.</li><li>PMP or Agile certifications are desirable.</li></ul><p><br></p>
